Lap Zhen (立政)

is an architectural designer born and currently based in Malaysia. He completed his BSc (Hons) Architecture Technology (LAM Part 1) from UCSI, Malaysia and Master of Architecture (LAM Part 2) from Taylor's University, Malaysia. In architecture he has endless curiosity, he believe architecture is about resolving problem and creating solution, an as an architectural designer who wanted to take next step in architecture experiencing. Outside of his architectural projects, Lap Zhen has a huge interest in doing business and entrepreneurship.
He is currently working with Ar. Bobby Low, Principal of Perunding Arkitek Bobby Low involved in projects ranging from smaller private or residential to cultural and community institutions, to high-rise residential developments, and to mixed-use developments and large masterplans in various locations, including China and Malaysia.
At the same time, he is running ZMA Studio, an architectural design studio working on his personal research and architecture project.
