The significance of this project is to explore the economic and eccentric housing typology that could attain to the peoples’ design preference as well as adaptable to future needs; a home that are built to need and last. Therefore this design thesis was set in motion with a question in mind, in what way housing affordability can be increase yet being functionally fit to its user? The attempt is to anatomize and analyze domestic spaces and their key function. Accommodating with the concept of synergy, the architectural outcome demonstrates that the combination of these spaces could settle for more ways of living at a least cost.
