Responding to the urban issue of Decreasing of youngster population, increasing of unemployment rate of youngster due to un-relevant skill in Klang, the proposal by introducing of mix used development which comprise of POLYTECHNIC INSTITUE with supportive commercial activities in Klang South, which try to solve the urban social issue in Klang and  persist and sustain the development of Klang meanwhile revitalizing the economic of Klang South by spreading the crowd from the proposed building. In solving the issue of decreasing population of youngster and increasing unemployment rate of the youngster the POLYTECHINIC INSTITUTE comprises the training of the engineering course, technical training of operating a crane, forklift, container equipment and operation and etc.
