Is a residential project that explores a self-sustaining and replicable building system which allows individuals to have full control over their housing solutions through the years. It promotes collectively-managed, community groups where people are encouraged and enabled to preserve their individuality while being part of a common purpose. It proposed that architecture should allow human beings to communicate their humanity-need to architecture, be formed as an organic biological growth to fit human needs. This project provokes discussion on residential possibilities that privilege the contemporary appropriation of multi-generational living in a village above the ordinary and the dull. It suggests that architects can yet dream of maximizing a family’s social, emotional and practical heritage by bringing back, reconfiguring and releasing something from the past.
